Overview
Set a marketing attribution window to specify the time frame in which to attribute revenue from customers who interact with your marketing campaigns. You can set a single attribution window for all marketing channels or customize it for each one.

- The recommended attribution window for all marketing channels is 84 days.
How revenue attribution works
- Revenue attribution connects revenue from completed jobs and calls to the specific marketing campaigns that influenced the customer's decision.
- The attribution window is the period during which a marketing touchpoint, like a customer opening an email or receiving a postcard, is considered a valid influence on a booked job.
- If a customer engages with multiple marketing channels, the last one they interacted with before the sale is credited with the revenue, as long as it falls within the attribution window.
Set attribution window for revenue
- Go to the top toolbar and click Settings > Attribution Settings.
- Choose if you want to set the same attribution window for all marketing channels or customize it per channel:
- Same for all marketing channels: Select this option to set the same attribution window for all marketing channels.
- Customize per channel: Select this option to set the attribution window for each marketing channel.
- Enter the number of days for your attribution window based on your selection.
- When finished, click Save.
