You can track the hours and minutes on a job using the job timer in the mobile app. This allows you to account for your actual work time instead of time upon arrival.

Things to know

  • The job timer does not affect billing or payroll.

  • Job timer data is not saved after you complete a job and is not used in any reporting.

  • You can stop and start the timer to account for breaks.

Use the job timer

The job timer is available once you arrive at a job. To start and stop the job timer:

  1. From the ServiceTitan Mobile dashboard, tap VIEW CURRENT JOB.

  2. Next to Billable hours, tap the Play icon to start the timer.

  3. Tap the Pause icon to stop the timer.

    Note: Make sure to stop the timer before you tap DONE FOR NOW. If you return to work on the job, restart the timer manually.
