Add upgrades to services and equipmentLast updated on 03/23/2022
When technicians view a service or equipment in ServiceTitan Mobile, they see available upgrades that they can then offer to customers. By adding upgrades, you enable your technicians to upsell items without additional training.
Things to know
In ServiceTitan Mobile, available upgrades display below the item description. The viewed item displays as Good and the upgrades added display as Better and Best from lowest to highest price.
You can add upgrades when adding or editing a service or equipment.
Add upgrades to services or equipment
To add upgrades to an existing service or equipment item in your pricebook, edit the service or equipment:
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Services or Equipment. The Services or Equipment screen opens.
Browse the table or use the search field to find the item you want to edit. You can search by code, name, or description. Tip: To filter the list of items, click Filters. You can filter based on category, sold hours, price, and other details. After setting your filters, click Apply.
At the end of the item row, click Actions ⠇and select the View/Edit option.
The Edit Service or Edit Equipment screen opens.
Scroll down and click the Upgrades field to view a list of available items in your pricebook. Tip: Filter the list by entering a few letters of the name, code, or item description.
Note: When viewing the service or equipment in ServiceTitan Mobile, the viewed item displays as Good, and the upgrades added display as Better and Best from lowest to highest price. If you add more than two upgrades, they display as Even Better options.
Click an item in the list to add it as an upgrade. For example, if you add:
One upgrade, the existing item displays as Good in ServiceTitan Mobile, and the one upgrade displays as Best.
Two upgrades, the existing item displays as Good in ServiceTitan Mobile, and the two upgrades display as Better and Best.
7. When you're finished, click Save.
