Purpose of the Upcoming Jobs Report:

This report generates a list of jobs for the upcoming five days. The report includes jobs with a status of Scheduled or In Progress. The report will run for a five day period, beginning with the date you enter for the report. Data in this report is based on job status.


Common uses for this report:

  • Use this report to view the date and time jobs are scheduled, customer contact information, location information, job type, technician, and job summary.


How to find this report:

Click Reports  > Search Upcoming Jobs  > Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.


Report filters

Priority

Filter by priority. This report can be run by low, normal, high, or urgent priority. Use the dropdown to select a priority level.

Job Type

Filter by job type. Use the dropdown to select a job type.

Tags

Filter by tag type. Use the dropdown to select a tag.

Business Unit

Filter by business unit. This report can be run by a single business unit or all business units.

Date

Filter by date. Use the dropdown to select a custom date.


View or download the report

Click Update to view the report.

The report can be downloaded in three different formats:

  • Download PDF

  • Export to Excel (*.xlsx) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)

  • Export to Comma separated (*.csv) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)


Explanation of report columns

The report will run for a five day period, beginning with the date you enter for the report. Jobs are listed by the date they are scheduled.

The report includes the following columns:

Job Number

Job number.

Schedule Date/Time

The date and time the job was originally scheduled (regardless of when the technician was actually dispatched).

Customer Name

Bill To customer name on the invoice. This is the Bill To customer name entered on the customer record.

Customer Address

Bill To customer address. This is the address entered on the customer record.

Customer Phones

Phone numbers for the Bill To customer. These are the phone numbers entered on the customer record.

Customer Email

Email address for the Bill To customer. This is the email address entered on the customer record.

Location Name

The Service Location customer name on the invoice. This is the name entered on the location record.

Location Address

The Service Location address. This is the address entered on the location record.

Location Phones

Phone numbers for the Service Location. These are the phone numbers entered on the location record.

Location Email

Email address for the Service Location. This is the email address entered on the location record.

Job Type

Job type. This is the job type entered on the job record.

Technician

Technician assigned to the job. This is the technician entered on the job record.

Job Summary

Job summary. This is the job summary entered on the job record.

Priority

Priority of the job (Low, Normal, High, or Urgent). This is the priority entered on the job record.

Tags

Tags attached to the Bill To customer or Service Location record. These are the tags entered on the job record.
