Purpose of the Upcoming Jobs Report:
This report generates a list of jobs for the upcoming five days. The report includes jobs with a status of Scheduled or In Progress. The report will run for a five day period, beginning with the date you enter for the report. Data in this report is based on job status.
Common uses for this report:
Use this report to view the date and time jobs are scheduled, customer contact information, location information, job type, technician, and job summary.
How to find this report:
Click Reports > Search Upcoming Jobs > Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.
Report filters
Priority
Filter by priority. This report can be run by low, normal, high, or urgent priority. Use the dropdown to select a priority level.
Job Type
Filter by job type. Use the dropdown to select a job type.
Tags
Filter by tag type. Use the dropdown to select a tag.
Business Unit
Filter by business unit. This report can be run by a single business unit or all business units.
Date
Filter by date. Use the dropdown to select a custom date.
View or download the report
Click Update to view the report.
The report can be downloaded in three different formats:
Download PDF
Export to Excel (*.xlsx) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)
Export to Comma separated (*.csv) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)
Explanation of report columns
The report will run for a five day period, beginning with the date you enter for the report. Jobs are listed by the date they are scheduled.
