Inventory transfers overviewLast updated on 09/13/2022

Use transfers to move inventory items between two different inventory locations. The transfer can occur between two trucks, two warehouses, or between warehouse and truck. This helps track your inventory items more precisely. Transfers make it easier to account for all inventory items at all times. To start, click Inventory Inventory-icon from the navigation bar, then select Transfers.

Transfers page

The Transfers page includes detailed information about transfers in different statuses, including:

  • Pending—The transfer has been created but no further action has been taken yet.

  • Picked—The items in the transfer have been removed from the origination location but are not yet at the destination location.

  • Received—The items in the transfer are now at the destination location. The transfer is complete.

  • Canceled—The transfer has been canceled, and no items have been moved.

There is a number next to the tab that shows how many transfers can be found there.

The Transfers page includes a number of pre-made filters. These let you search by Transfer Type, Transfer Number, Reference No., Date From, Date To, Transfer From, Transfer To, or Created By. To apply a filter, from the filter dropdown, select the filter type you want. To remove the filter, click Clear Filters.
