TitanExchange in Enterprise HubLast updated on 02/28/2023
Enterprise Hub (EH) is ServiceTitan’s multi-tenant platform that enables management across multiple ServiceTitan tenants. With TitanExchange, you can control multiple accounts and discover the best content by using different templates.
Things to know
When you create a new user, they will get an email invitation to create a username and password.
Default permissions are permissions given to the user that are applied to all networks and tenants assigned to the user. You can customize permissions by the tenant or network. To learn more about networks, see Browse and use content through TitanExchange.
You can filter only the networks and their template tenants that are assigned to you. When you select a template to push from one tenant to another, you have access to the networks that your user is assigned to with their tenants.
Best practice or premium content is created and shared through Template Tenants.
