As you set up and use more features, you earn TitanScore points that can help you advance through to the next TitanAdvisor stage.


Things to know

  • TitanAdvisor is optional. Access to ServiceTitan features is not dependent on your TitanAdvisor stage or your TitanScore.

  • Each TitanAdvisor feature is assigned to a TitanAdvisor stage: Launch, Acceleration, Optimization, or Mastery. Points earned from completing a feature are added to your total TitanScore, but only count towards advancement past its assigned stage.


Increase your TitanScore

Each TitanAdvisor feature is worth one to five TitanScore points. You can earn points for a feature by completing setup and usage checkpoints.

Note: Not all TitanAdvisor features have setup or usage checkpoints.

Setup checkpoints

While most setup checkpoints do not award points, the ones that do indicate how many points you can earn by completing the success criteria. For example, if a checkpoint’s success criteria is to have at least one active financing rule, when you create a financing rule, you earn TitanScore points.

Usage checkpoints

After you complete the setup checkpoints for a feature, you can focus on the usage checkpoints. You earn points by using the feature based on What we’re measuring. For example, if we measure the number of times you click a specific button, you might earn:

  • One point if you click it at least once in the past 30 days

  • Three points if you click it at last 30 times in the past 30 days

Note: Many usage checkpoints are time-dependent. In the previous example, if you click the button 40 times in 30 days, you earn three points. If your usage changes and you only click the button 20 times within a 30-day period, you earn one point for the checkpoint. Your total TitanScore decreases by two points.


Advance through TitanAdvisor stages

Your success in TitanAdvisor is tracked through stages: Launch, Acceleration, Optimization, and Mastery. You advance through a stage by both:

  • Earning the minimum number of TitanScore points from features assigned to that stage

  • Achieving OK, Great, or Completed status for features tagged as Required for that stage

Note: If one or more checkpoints for a required feature has a Poor status, the entire feature has a Poor status. Make sure all a feature’s checkpoints have a status of OK or Great to count towards your TitanAdvisor progress.

To find out what you need to do to advance to the next stage:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click the Rocket icon to open the TitanAdvisor Overview screen.

  2. View your scoring details in the section on the right.

Earn TitanScore points to advance

Below your TitanScore, you can see how many points you earned from features at your current stage, as well as the number of points needed to advance to the next one.

Complete features assigned to that stage to earn additional points:

  1. From the side menu, click a business section.

  2. Click the tab that corresponds to your current stage.

  3. Click a feature you have not yet completed.

  4. Complete the feature checkpoints.

Complete required features for a stage

Below the scoring section are the number of required features you need to complete to advance to the next TitanAdvisor stage.

To complete a required feature:

  1. In the Required Features Remaining section, click Expand .

  2. Click a business section to view the features you need to set up or use more.

  3. Click the required feature you want to complete.

  4. Complete any setup checkpoints. Note: You cannot earn points for a usage checkpoint until all setup checkpoints are complete.

  5. For all usage checkpoints, based on What we’re measuring, use the feature so that your status is one of the following:

    • Great—indicated by a green dot

    • OK—indicated by a yellow dot

    Note: You can only earn points for a usage checkpoint after all setup checkpoints for a feature are complete.
