Data You Control

What is the average drivetime to a location? Which material items are included most often for a particular job? What is the next step in your workflow and which Knowledge Base article would be most helpful to you at that point? These are just some of the questions that we can help answer for you based on the data we receive across the ServiceTitan platform.

Types of Data

With your permission, we receive data as you use the product, and then aggregate based on information. Some examples of data types we would use :

  • Browser and device types and settings

  • Materials used on a job

  • Length of job time

  • Items searched for

  • Knowledge Base articles viewed

Data Preferences

Review and adjust your preferences at any time on our Data Preferences page. You choose whether to enable options that allow ServiceTitan to:

  • Enable ServiceTitan to use your ServiceTitan data (which includes your customer data) to develop and improve ServiceTitan products and services. This includes developing artificial intelligence- and machine learning-based features to optimize your business and our products and services.

  • Enable ServiceTitan to use your aggregated and non-identifiable data and combine this data with other aggregate and non-identifiable data. This enables features like benchmarking and publications that provide you insights into industry and geographic trends. Only aggregate insights and trends are shared -- identifiable information about you and your customers is removed and combined with other business and customer data before it is shared.
