This report generates a list of customers’ mailing addresses for those who had jobs within a specified sales amount. The report includes customer information based on the customer record, technician name(s) who completed work, and the sales amount on the invoice. Data in this report is based on job completion dates.


Common uses for this report:

  • Use this report to see the business unit, customers, phones, emails, technicians, job completed on date and time, customer address, and sales amount.


How to find this report:

Click Reports > Search Thank You > Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.


Report filters

Business Unit

Filter by business unit. This report can be run by a single business unit or all business units.

Customer Type

Filter by customer type. This report can be run by Residential, Commercial, or all customer types.

Minimum Sales

Filter by minimum sales. Enter a minimum sales amount to filter the report by.

Date Range

Filter by date range. Use the From and To fields to set a custom date range.


View or download the report

Click Update to view the report.

The report can be downloaded in three different formats:

  • Download PDF

  • Export to Excel (*.xlsx) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)

  • Export to Comma separated (*.csv) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)


Explanation of report columns

The report includes the following columns:

Business Unit

Business unit under which the job was booked.

How to configure - Business Units: To set business units, navigate to Settings > Business Units.

Customer

Bill To customer name on the customer record.

Phones

Phone number(s) attached to the customer record

Emails

Email(s) attached to the customer record.

Technicians

Technician(s) who completed work for the job.

Job Completed On

Date and time the job was completed on.

Street

Bill To customer street address on the customer record.

Unit

Bill To customer unit on the customer record, if applicable.

City

Bill To customer city on the customer record.

State

Bill To customer state on the customer record.

Zip

Bill To customer zip on the customer record.

Sales

Total sales amount on the invoice.
