Use the Office Audit Trail report template to review office employee activity in ServiceTitan. The template includes types of actions employees perform including updating invoices and estimates, and incoming and outgoing calls.
Create an Office Audit Trail report
Follow the steps to create a custom report based on the Office Audit Trail template.
The Office Audit Trail template includes these columns:
Date—Date of the office activity
Time—Time of the office activity
Name—Name of the employee
Action Type—Type of employee activity
Action Performed—Description of activity
Tip: Deselect a column to exclude it from your report.
Run a report
Before running the report, add filter details to narrow your results:
Click the From - To field to set date filters. You can:
Use the calendar to select a specific date range and click Apply.
Use the left menu to select a preset date range:
Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time
Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM
Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including the current date
Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including the current date
Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including the current date
Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day
Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.
Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including the current date
This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.
Last Quarter: Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.
Quarter to Date: From the first day of the current quarter to the current day
Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day
Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including the current date
Use the Employees dropdown to select which employees you want to include in the report. Otherwise, the report includes all employees. Note: If you add employee business unit (BU) filters, make sure the employees you select are assigned to the selected BUs.
From the Employee Business Unit dropdown, select the office employee business units (BUs) you want to report on. By default, the report runs for all BUs.
From the Job Business Unit dropdown, select the job BUs you want to report on.
Click the Job Type filter and select which job types to include in your report.
Click the Action Type dropdown to select which types of employee activities you want to report on:
Inbound Calls—Employee receives a call
Outbound Calls—Employee places a call
Job Updates—Employee updates a job record
Estimate Updates—Employee updates an estimate
Invoice Updates—Employee updates an invoice
When you’re done setting your filters, click Run Report.
Note: Click an item in the Action Performed column to open the record where the action was made in a new tab.
Tip: You can arrange report columns and apply filters for further customization.
