If your customer is tax exempt, you can set their record as Non-Taxable in ServiceTitan.

Things to know

Set a customer record as Non-Taxable

  1. Search for and open the customer record.

  2. Click Edit edit pencil icon next to the customer's name.

  3. Select Non-Taxable.

  4. When you're finished, click Save.
