Things to know

  • When this feature is configured for your account, the tax exempt status for every location will automatically match the tax exempt status on the customer record.

View or set Tax Exempt Status on the customer record

  1. Use Search or Call Booking to find the customer record.

  2. Click the Edit Pencil on the customer record.

  3. If the customer is tax exempt, select Non-taxable.

  4. When you’re finished, click Save.
