Things to Know

  • When this feature is configured for your account, the tax exempt status for every location will automatically match the tax exempt status on the customer record. You will not be able to set or change the tax exempt status on location records. The tax exempt status for a location will automatically match the customer record.


View or Set Tax Exempt Status on the Customer Record

  1. Use Search or Call Booking to find the customer record.

  2. Click the Edit Pencil on the customer record.

  3. If the customer is tax exempt, check the Non-taxable box.

  4. When you are finished, click Save.
