Access credit card settlement reports in the Transaction GatewayLast updated on 03/22/2022

Use the ServiceTitan Transaction Gateway to access settlement reports for credit card batches and view transaction detail in full.


Things to Know

  • Have your Transaction Gateway login information ready. If you don’t know it or need help logging in, please contact the ServiceTitan Payments team at paymentsupport@servicetitan.com.

  • Transaction Gateway is a useful tool to view transaction detail for credit cards, but did you know you can create your very own report in ServiceTitan? For how to build your own settlement report, see TSYS Settlement Report Guide.


Access settlement reports

  1. Go to servicetitan.transactiongateway.com and log in using your credentials for the gateway you received by email.

  2. In the side menu, click Transaction Reports.

  3. In Home / Reports under Transaction Snapshot, click the Group By dropdown and click Settlement Batch.

  4. Select a data range for the dates you want to view.

  5. Click Submit. A list of batches appears.

  6. Find the settlement batch you want and click the magnifying glass icon next to it. A popup with options opens.

  7. Click View these transactions. A list of transactions appears. You can download the list in Excel or CSV format. Simply select a format and click Download Transactions.To view a transaction in detail, go to the ID column and click the ID number for that item.
