Set up estimate creation when booking a jobLast updated on 12/01/2022

You can set up the ability to add an estimate when booking the job.

Things to know

  • When enabled, your CSRS can add estimates to a job directly from the Call Booking screen.

Set up enable estimate preference

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings

  2. In the side panel, click Operations > Job Booking

  3. Use the toggle to enable or disable Create Estimate from Job Booking.

    Note: This preference defaults to not allow estimate creation when booking a job. Use the toggle to enable this preference if you want your CSRs to create estimates when booking a job.
