Set recall, warranty, and lead job booking guidesLast updated on 02/23/2023
You can allow your CSRs to book recall, warranty, and leads from the Call Booking screen, as well as provide instructions on when they should do so. When configured, guides let your CSRs see prior jobs completed for the customer, select which job caused the issue or generated the lead, and then book a new recall, warranty, or lead job. Once the recall, warranty, or lead job is booked, it’s automatically linked to the original job.
If you’re not using guides, you can still book recall or warranty jobs from the original job. For more, see Book a recall or warranty job.
Things to know
After selecting a customer record who you previously completed a job for, your CSRs can click Learn More to see guidance on how and when to book recall, warranty, or lead jobs. For example, you can note that your service calls have a 30-day recall period, but your installations have a 90-day recall period.
