Sell membership add-ons from the officeLast updated on 03/22/2022

You can attach membership add-ons to membership sale or renewal items on an estimate or invoice to enhance or customize a membership . For example, you can add a surcharge to an HVAC membership’s monthly billing invoice to account for multiple AC units.


Things to know

  • Membership add-ons are pricebook service items you can use to supplement a membership. For more, see Set up membership add-ons.

  • When you attach a membership add-on, the price is automatically rolled into the total membership price. The customer does not see the individual price of the add-on.

  • Technicians can sell membership add-ons in ServiceTitan Mobile.


Add a membership add-on to an invoice or estimate

When you sell a new membership or membership renewal from the office, after you add the membership task to an invoice or estimate, you can attach membership add-ons to customize the membership:

  1. Find the invoice or estimate that you want to add a membership to.

  2. On the invoice or estimate, click Add a task.

  3. Select This is an add-on task.

  4. Click the Parent task dropdown and select the membership item you want to attach the add-on to.

  5. Use the Name field to search for the membership add-on by code or keyword and click it to select it.

  6. Enter any other additional details for the add-on in the Description field.

  7. Click Save.

The total price of the membership item adjusts by the price of the membership add-on.
