Rollup reporting allows you to create consolidated reporting across multiple tenants.
Rollup Reporting permissions
To access Rollup Reporting, your users require the appropriate permissions. To grant your users these permissions, see Manage users in Enterprise Hub.
View Rollup Reporting: Allows user to access the Rollup Reporting module
View Scheduled Report: Allows user to view a scheduled report
Edit Scheduled Report: Allows user to edit scheduled report details
Delete Scheduled Report: Allows user to delete scheduled reports
View All Scheduled Reports: Allows user to view all scheduled reports that are created within the network the user has access to.
View All Newly Added Datasets: Automatically adds the view permission to any new datasets that are added in the future when you assign additional tenants to the user. Enabling this permission means you don’t have to individually turn on view permissions to new datasets when they are added.
Edit All Newly Added Datasets: Automatically adds the view and edit permissions to any new datasets that are added in the future when you assign additional tenants to the user. Enabling this permission means you don’t have to individually turn on view and edit permissions to new datasets when they are added.
View and Share All Reports: Allows user to view and share all reports created from the templates they have access to that are available within the network the user has access to.
After you enable permissions, you’ll need to determine which report templates you want your users to access.
Click Report Template (Datasets). A list of all report datasets displays.
Determine which report datasets you want the user to access. You can:
Click View All to allow the user to view all datasets.
Click Edit All to allow the user to edit all datasets.
Click None for each individual dataset to allow the user to view only or view and edit the individual dataset.
Click Revoke All to remove all dataset permissions.
Access Rollup Reporting
In Enterprise Hub, click Rollup Reporting.
All Reports opens.
Note: By default, reports in the All Reports section are displayed on cards in a grid.
Tip: To view reports in a list, click List view at the top of the All Reports section.
Each card includes the report name, details, and the template the report is based on. Depending on your reporting permissions and the report’s sharing settings, you can perform the following actions:
Click the report name to open the report.
Click Bookmark
to add the report to your Bookmarks screen. For more information, see Bookmark reports.
Click Calendar
to schedule the report. For more information, see Schedule reports.
Click More
to edit, share, duplicate, or delete the report.
Create a report
In the All reports section, click Create Report.
The Report Builder page opens.
Choose a report type to see related templates. For example, if you’re building a report on marketing campaigns, click Marketing. Or, click All to view all templates.

Under Select a report template, click a template to use for your report. A report template lets you know which dataset the report uses.

Under Columns to be displayed in the report, select which columns you want to include in your report. Tip: The Tenant ID, Tenant Name, and Tenant Official Name columns are important for each dataset, make sure to select them while creating a report. Note: You can always add and remove columns later.
Tip: Enter a few letters of the column you’re looking for in the search bar to find it.
When you’re done selecting columns, click Next. The Set Details page opens.
In the Name field, enter the name of your report.
From the Category dropdown, select a category where you want your report to be listed.
(Optional) In the Description field, enter a report description.
When you’re done, click Next. The Members & Access page opens.
Select members who can access your report.
Note: You can always edit the sharing settings later and give individual permissions to each member. For more information, see Edit report sharing settings.
When you’re done, click Save.
You can see the report you created.
Edit report sharing settings
Open the report for which you want to edit the sharing settings.
Click the Lock
icon. Or,
Click More
in the lower corner of the report card and select Sharing.
The Members & Access page opens.
In the Search field, enter the name of the member you want to give permission to.
From the dropdown select the access type.
Select the member.
(Optional) Click the Delete
icon to remove the member.
When you’re done, click Save.
Run, filter, and export reports
Click the name of the report you want to run. Tip: Enter the first few letters of the report title in the search bar to filter the list of reports.
The report opens.
Use the Network / Tenant, Business Unit, Filter by dropdowns, and also date fields to create filters for your report. For example, you may want to filter a report by business unit or by individual technician. Each report has its own set of filters. Note: Date filter filters by date and time in UTC format. The Business Units filter filters by tenant and job types. Tip:For better user experience you can collapse and expand the filter section.
Click Run Report.
Your report results display in a table:
You can use the bottom scroll bar to view additional columns, or you can use the side scroll bar to view additional rows.
You can drill down in reports to get additional details. For more information, see Drill down in reports.

You can customize how your report displays and add column filters to narrow your results. For more information, see Filter and arrange report.
You can export your report results to use in spreadsheets and other documents. For more information see the Export reports section.
While the report is loading, the approximate time to generate the report displays. If your report takes too long to generate, you will be prompted to export the report.
If you try to run the report with too many tenants, the report may not load. You can use the report filters to run the report with smaller data.
If your reports take a long time to load, you can click on Time Estimation to view the data used to build your report. It will also provide performance tips to ensure your reports run successfully.
View run history
You can view the 5 most recent runs of the report by clicking Run History.
The Run History window opens, where you can view the user who last ran the report, when the report was run, the number of tenants included in the report, and more. You can also download that version of the report by clicking the Download icon.
Export reports
If your report takes too long to load or you want to use the report in spreadsheets and other documents, you can export the report.
Click Export.
The Export Report window opens.
Fill out the following selections:
Exporting type:
Export Current Result (Instant): Exports the current version of the report.
Export New Result (max time Xm XXs): Runs the report again and exports a new version of the report. Max time is listed in minutes and seconds it takes to load the report.
Exporting Format:
Export as ELSX (MS Excel)
Export as PDF
Export as CSV
Exporting Options:
Export only aggregated data: Downloads only the aggregated report data.
When you’re done, click Export.
Schedule reports
Find the report you want to schedule and click the Calendar
icon.
Note: You can also schedule a report after you open it. Click More
next to the report name and select Schedule.
The Schedule Report page opens.
Select the report type:
Simple Report:Use simple reports if you don’t need to customize your report or if you want to deliver individualized reports to recipients.
Flexible Report: Use flexible reports if you want to customize the look and filters of the report before sending it. Each recipient receives the same report.
After you select the report type you want to schedule, enter the basic details of your report.
Note: You can add basic filters based on dates, record types, and business units. The filter options change depending on the report type.
Email Subject: Enter the subject line you want for the emailed report.
Attach report as: Select the format for your report:
PDF
XLSX
Export only aggregated data
Date Range: Select the days to report on: Note: The date range included in the report and the time the report is sent will default to your time zone.
Today: Report data from 12:00 AM to the time the report is delivered
Yesterday: The previous calendar day from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM
Tomorrow: The next calendar day from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM
Next 7 Days: The seven days after the delivery date
Trailing 7 Days: The previous seven days, not including the report delivery day
Week to Date: The most recent Monday through the report delivery day
Previous Week: The full week, Monday through Sunday, before the week of the delivery day
Month To Date: The first of the month to the report delivery day
Trailing 30 Days: The previous 30 days, not including the report delivery day
Previous Month: The entire month before the report is delivered. For example, if the report is scheduled for February 5, the report includes data for the entire month of January.
Custom: Select Next to report on days in the future or Previous to report on days in the past. Enter how many days to report on in the Days field. Select Include the send date to include the delivery date in the report results.
Network/Tenant: From the Network/Tenant dropdown, select the network you want to report on. Note: You can select multiple networks.
Business Unit: From the Business Unit dropdowns, select the business units you want to report on. Note: You can select multiple business units. Tip: Select Include Inactive Technicians to include inactive technicians in your report.
When you’re done, click Next.
On the Select Recipients page, from the Search and add recipients dropdown, select individuals, business units, and teams to send the report to members within them.
When you’re done, click Next.
On the Select Cadence page, in the Send report every field, enter a frequency and select a unit of time for your report. For example, if you enter 2 and select weeks, the report is delivered every two weeks. From the dropdown, select the time you want the report delivered. Note: The report will be sent based on your time zone. If additional recipients receive the report, data for them will be calculated based on their local time zone.
Select the day of the week you want the report delivered.
Tip: If you want a report sent twice a month, enter the day of the month for the first delivery date, then click Add another day to enter a second date.
Note: If you’re scheduling a flexible report, you can arrange columns and filter your report results before they’re sent. For more on reporting filters, see Filter and arrange a report.
When you’re done, click Schedule.
