Request customer reviews from a job on ServiceTitan MobileLast updated on 09/13/2022

In the ServiceTitan Mobile app, you can view customer reviews on the job record. You can also send a review request to the customer directly from the job in the mobile app if there is a manual trigger survey created from the office. Giving technicians the ability to get on-the-spot reviews for the job increases the likelihood of customers submitting a review for the job and makes it easier to match a technician to a review.


Things to know

  • You can send review requests to customers from the job in the mobile app only if the employees in the office created a manual trigger survey.


Request reviews

To request a customer review from the mobile app:

  1. From the Dashboard, tap View Current Job.

  2. In the Review section tap Request Review.

    Note: If the review request is already sent, Request Review is inactive.


View reviews

To view a customer review from the mobile app:

  1. From the Dashboard, tap View Current Job.

  2. On the Job page, scroll down to the Review section to see the reviews for this job.
