Request customer reviews from the job recordLast updated on 02/28/2023
In the customer record, you can find the marketing reviews submitted by the customer. If a job doesn’t have a marketing review, you can send a review request to the customer directly from the job record. This gives you the flexibility of following up on customer reviews as you’re on the job record. Please note, you can only see the verified job reviews.
Things to know
You can send review requests to customers from the job record only if the employees in the office created a manual trigger survey.
