Technicians on a job can sell renewals for expiring memberships.


Add a membership renewal to an estimate or invoice

To renew a membership in ServiceTitan Mobile, add it as a renewal task from your pricebook to an estimate or invoice:

  1. Go to your customer's estimate or invoice.

  2. Tap Add items.

  3. Search for the sales task associated with the membership renewal.

  4. Tap Add for the renewal task you want.

  5. Select the membership you want to renew.

  6. Tap Save

  7. Tap Add To Estimate or Add To Invoice.

  8. Tap Done.

Tap the renewal task in an estimate to edit it.

Edit a renewal task in an invoice
  1. Remove the renewal task from the invoice.

  2. Tap Add items.

  3. Search for the renewal task associated with the membership renewal.

  4. Tap the renewal task image to open the edit screen.

  5. Edit the renewal task.

  6. Next to Membership To Renew, tap Select.

  7. Select the membership you want to renew.

  8. Tap Save.

  9. Tap Add To Invoice.

  10. Tap Done.
