Viewing Projects in Mobile

  1. From the History section tap Projects.

  2. Select the project from the project list.

  3. Tap the project you would like to view.

  4. To print or email the project invoice, tap the three blue dots in the upper right corner of the fly-out.

Collecting payments on projects in Mobile

  1. From the History section, tap Projects.

  2. Tap the project you'd like to collect payment on.

  3. On the project fly-out, tap the three blue dots in the upper right corner of the fly-out, then select Pay balance.

Viewing Individual Invoices within a Project in Mobile

From within a job in Mobile, tap Invoice to view the invoice for that job.

If the job is within a project, and other invoices related to that project have outstanding balances, the total for those unpaid balances is next to Payments. Any missing signatures within the project are also noted.

Project Single Invoice View

Note: Account configuration is required to use Project Single Invoice View. Contact your success or implementation manager for details. When you view an invoice while using Project Single Invoice View, you see the full project invoice instead of the invoice for the individual job you are working on. All items from all jobs across the project are displayed.

Tap the folder icon to view individual invoices within the project.
