Edit and cancel purchase orders in ServiceTitan MobileLast updated on 09/13/2022

After a job purchase order (PO) is created, technicians can edit the PO when it has a status of Pending.


Edit a PO in ServiceTitan Mobile

  1. From the Dashboard, tap All Jobs.

  2. Select the job that includes the PO you want to edit.

  3. Tap View Job. The job record opens.

  4. From the side menu, tap Invoice.

  5. On the Invoice page that opens, tap Purchase orders.

    The Purchase orders page opens.

  6. Tap More image2 > Edit.

  7. On the Edit Purchase Order page that opens, update the PO's details.

  8. When you're done, tap Save.


Cancel a Purchase order in ServiceTitan Mobile

  1. From the Dashboard, tap All Jobs.

  2. Select the job that includes the PO you want to cancel.

  3. Tap View Job. The job record opens.

  4. From the side menu, tap Invoice.

  5. On the Invoice page that opens, tap Purchase Order. The Purchase Order page opens.

  6. Tap More image2 > Cancel.

  7. On the verification pop-up message, tap Cancel.

The PO is canceled.
