Prepare for a job before you've been dispatchedLast updated on 03/22/2022

As soon as you are scheduled for a job, it's a good idea to start learning about the customer and doing what you can before you are dispatched.


Prepare for a job

Tap View Job from the Dashboard to learn more about the job. From the Job page:

  • Make sure there is contact information listed for the customer

  • Review the Job Summary and any Appointment Instructions

  • Confirm the job location, date and time. You can tap Get Directions to get full directions to the job. Make sure that the correct address opens in your GPS.

  • Tap History to view previous estimates, recurring services, existing equipment, previous invoices, photos, videos, notes, projects and previous forms.
