As soon as you are scheduled for a job, it's a good idea to start learning about the customer and doing what you can before you are dispatched.
Prepare for a job
Tap View Job from the Dashboard to learn more about the job. From the Job page:
Make sure there is contact information listed for the customer
Review the Job Summary and any Appointment Instructions
Confirm the job location, date and time. You can tap Get Directions to get full directions to the job. Make sure that the correct address opens in your GPS.
Tap History to view previous estimates, recurring services, existing equipment, previous invoices, photos, videos, notes, projects and previous forms.
