Send PO notifications to technicians using Line Items on POsLast updated on 03/22/2022

Send a text message or email to your technicians to notify them of shipment pick up details.


Send a notification to your technician

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Invoice.

  2. In the side menu, click Purchase Orders.

  3. Click the Received tab.

  4. Select the PO for which you want to send a notification. The Purchase order details flyout opens.

  5. Click Notify Technician. Note: This button is enabled only if a technician is assigned to the PO.

  6. Select how you want to notify your technician:

    • Send Text

    • Send Email with copy of PO

  7. In the Instructions for Technicians field, enter instructions for your technician.

  8. When you’re done, click Send Notification.
