Add PDFs to equipment itemsLast updated on 05/02/2023
You can include product brochures, warranty certificates, dimensional drawings, and other PDF documents that may help your technicians when presenting estimates. This way, you can offer your team and customers in the field a more robust pricebook by adding PDFs to your equipment items with images.
Add a PDF to your pricebook
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side panel, click Equipment. The item table opens.
On the Details tab, scroll down to Images and Assets.
Click Add images and PDF assets. These file uploads are separated by file type. PDFs are added as assets.
You can add as many PDFs as you need. Tip: Enter a display name to help technicians find the one they need in ServiceTitan Mobile. To remove a PDF, click X on it.
When you're done, click Save.
