Edit non-job timesheets from the Payroll DashboardLast updated on 09/09/2022

While reviewing payroll on the Payroll Dashboard, managers and administrators can edit non-job timesheets, which track paid time when technicians are not working on jobs.

Things to know

  • You must have the appropriate permissions enabled to view and edit timesheets.

  • To change paid hours tied to a job, edit timesheets on the job record.

  • After you edit a job or non-job timesheet, make sure to click Update Now on the technician’s payroll details screen. If the employee has already signed off on payroll, the employee status for that pay period changes from Approved to Pending. This allows the employee to review the changes and sign-off again.
