Opportunity and Estimate Follow Up Report GuideLast updated on 03/22/2022
Purpose of the Opportunity and Estimate Follow Up Report:
This report provides a detailed breakdown of all of your estimates, and which estimates require follow-up. Data can be based on estimate created date or opportunity follow up date.
Common uses for this report:
Use this report to view unsold estimates that might not be visible on the Follow Up screen.
If an opportunity has been Won (one of the estimates created on the job is sold with a subtotal greater than or equal to the sold threshold), the opportunity no longer displays as open on the Follow Up screen. But what if there are other estimates on the opportunity, related to a different kind of project the customer is considering? In cases like this, you can use the Opportunity and Estimate Follow Up Report to view the status of all estimates on an opportunity, even if the opportunity is won.
Use this report to follow up on recommended estimates. You can see if there are any recommended estimates that are still open or unsold.
