ServiceTitan payments use different merchant portals to track and edit credit card and ACH transactions. This article will help you manage your login credentials for each merchant portal and explain what each portal is used for.


Things to know

  • Before you use merchant portals, try to process the payment or refund directly in ServiceTitan first.

  • If you’re looking for transaction reports, see Access ServiceTitan Payments transaction and settlement reports

  • Use merchant portal logins:

    • To view the status of transactions.

    • If, for any reason, you cannot process a payment or refund directly in ServiceTitan.


Set up your ServiceTitan TransLink account

You can use TransLink to view your credit card (merchant) statement, funded transactions, chargebacks, retrievals, and more. You will receive an automated email with the URL and login credentials for ServiceTitan TransLink. To create an account and set up your ServiceTitan TransLink merchant access:

  1. Go to the TransLink Register page by clicking the URL sent to your email.

  2. Enter the login credentials sent to your email. Include your Merchant ID and create a valid password.

  3. When you're finished, click Register.

Note: If you're validating the business with the EIN number or SSN, do not include any dashes or spaces. Enter only numbers.

Set up your ServiceTitan Gateway account

You can use ServiceTitan Gateway to void credit card transactions. You will receive an automated email with the URL and login credentials for ServiceTitan Gateway. To create an account and set up your ServiceTitan Gateway access:

  1. Go to the URL sent to your email.

  2. Enter the login credentials sent to your email. Include your Username and Password.

  3. When you're finished, click Login.

Note: The ServiceTitan Gateway login expires 24 hours after being sent to your email.

Set up your ServiceTitan SmartPay account

You can use ServiceTitan Smartpay to void or issue refunds for ACH payments. You will receive an automated email with the URL and login credentials for ServiceTitan SmartPay. To create an account and set up your ServiceTitan SmartPay access:

  1. Go to the URL sent to your email.

  2. Enter the login credentials sent to your email. Include your Username, Password, and Company (this is required).

  3. When you're finished, click Log In.

Note: If it's your first time logging in, you're required to create a permanent password.
