Set up membership add-onsLast updated on 03/22/2022

You can customize customer memberships on an invoice by attaching membership add-ons from your pricebook. Use membership add-ons to include extra recurring services, upgrade existing recurring services, and increase billing charges.

For example, you can use membership add-ons to:

  • Supplement a monthly lawn mowing membership with quarterly tree trimming recurring services

  • Account for extra AC units for recurring services included with a commercial HVAC membership by adding a surcharge item to the monthly billing template

  • Include an upgraded filter with a water treatment membership by adding an item to the recurring service invoice template

Things to know

  • When you attach a membership add-on, the price is automatically rolled into the total membership price. The customer does not see the individual price of the add-on.

  • You can attach multiple add-ons to a membership.

  • You can sell membership add-ons in ServiceTitan Mobile or from the office.
