How to mark a recurring service as completeLast updated on 03/22/2022

While you are at a customer job site, you may have time to perform work related to the customer’s membership. By marking a recurring service as complete, you will make sure that the office does not schedule unnecessary work, or work that you have already performed.

Note: You may mark any recurring service as complete as soon as you add a membership to an invoice.


  1. Tap History.

  2. Tap Recurring services.

  3. Tap into the applicable service.

  4. Tap Mark Complete.

  5. Once you tap Mark Complete, you will see a Done notification at the bottom of the page. To clear this notification, click Hide (located next to Done).
