Manage users in Enterprise HubLast updated on 02/28/2023

Enterprise Hub (EH) is ServiceTitan’s multi-tenant platform that enables management across multiple ServiceTitan tenants. In Enterprise Hub, you can set up and manage EH users so they can have a single sign-on into the tenants.

Things to know

  • When you create a new user, they will get an email invitation to create a username and password.

  • Default permissions are permissions given to the user that are applied to all networks and tenants assigned to the user. You can customize permissions by the tenant or network. To learn more about networks, see Browse and use content through TitanExchange.

  • You can activate, deactivate and resent invitations to users by using the More Actions more-actions icon.

Create users

You can create users and tenants, and assign tenants to users. Note: Users and their assigned tenants created in Enterprise Hub have the same users created inside those tenants. For example, if you create a user in Enterprise Hub and assign seven different tenants to that user, the same user is created in all seven tenants with the same details. If the user exists in the assigned tenant, then the Enterprise Hub user will be mapped to the existing user.

To create a user:

  1. Click Users in the side menu.

  2. In the All Users section, click Add User.

  3. In the Add User section, enter the user’s basic information. Note: The username is the same as the email.

    1. Network Level Permissions include the following permissions that affect the employee’s ability to use Enterprise Hub:

      1. User Management: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to manage existing users and create new users.

      2. TitanExchange: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to share, update, and manage TitanExchange library templates.

      3. My Tenants: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to access, view, and manage the tenants’ list.

      4. Centralized Contact Center (CCC): Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to answer chats, calls, and web bookings in CCC.

      5. Rollup Reporting: Permissions that affect the employee’s ability to create and run custom reports.

    2. Tenant Level Permissions include permissions that affect the employee’s use of ServiceTitan. For more on ServiceTitan permissions, see Permissions.
