Enter basic information about your marketing campaigns. Marketing campaigns are how your customer hears about your services. Once you have campaigns in ServiceTitan, you can easily track jobs to marketing campaigns, empowering you to see which marketing campaigns are driving the most sales, calculate the daily cost, and measure the ROI on your marketing spend.

Things to know

  • We recommend you associate a unique phone number with each marketing campaign. If you already use unique phone numbers for campaigns, you can add those during the business setup. Otherwise, your implementation manager can set up a phone integration and create virtual phone numbers for each of your campaigns, enabling you to track the effectiveness of your marketing efforts that way.

Marketing campaigns workflow

Step 1: Your marketing campaign phone numbers

Enter the phone numbers you use for your marketing campaigns. We added some commonly used campaigns, but you can also add your own manually or by importing a list of campaigns.

To add a marketing campaign:

  1. Click Add Campaign.

    Tip: Scroll to the bottom of the page to find this button.   A new marketing campaign line item appears. 

  2. Fill out the following information:

    1. Enter a name for the campaign.

    2. Add a phone number for the campaign

  3. When you’re done, click Continue

Note: To remove a marketing campaign, click the Toggle next to it. This deactivates the marketing campaign. You can always reactivate it later.

To import your marketing campaigns:

  1. Click I prefer to import my marketing campaigns information.

    Import Marketing Campaigns opens. 

  2. Click Download Template. This downloads our marketing campaign template to your computer.

  3. Fill out the marketing-campaigns-template XLSX file. Phone numbers must be entered without non-digits, for example, 15555555555. If multiple phone numbers exist for one campaign, enter them in the same cell with a comma between each phone number.

  4. Save the file to your computer. 

  5. Click Choose File and upload the file. 

  6. When you’re done, click Import. This imports your campaign information.

  7. Click Continue to proceed with setup.
