Enter basic information about your employees and technicians.

Things to know

  • You can either manually add your employees and technicians, or you can import your employees in bulk. Note: You can’t import your technicians in bulk.

  • Make sure to enter an office phone number for your office employees and not their mobile phone number. An office phone number is the direct dial number to reach office employees at their desks. If you don’t have a direct office number for each employee, you can enter your main company phone number.

  • Make sure to enter a mobile phone number for your technicians. ServiceTitan uses the mobile number to send notifications to the technician. If a technician doesn’t have a mobile number, we use their email address instead.
