Setting up a bank account connection through ACH makes paying for your ServiceTitan service easier.
Things to know
Once your Jumpstart is complete, you can update your ACH information at any time by going to Settings
> Your Account > Billing.
Billing workflow
You can use our Plaid integration to connect securely, or you can enter your account numbers instead. Click Learn More for more information on how to connect with your account numbers.
Step 1: Connect your bank account
Click Connect Your Bank.
Review the Terms of Service and click Accept to continue.
A pop-up opens to link ServiceTitan with Plaid. Click Continue. The Select your bank pop-up opens.
Select your bank and then enter your bank login credentials to connect your bank to ServiceTitan. Note: If you have multiple accounts, select the one you want to connect with and click Continue. The connected account can be savings or checking.
Depending on your bank account, you see one of three states:
Bank account connected: Plaid automatically connects with your bank. You don’t need to take any additional steps.
Pending auto verification: Plaid automatically confirms the micro-deposits and completes the ACH setup. You don’t need to take any additional steps.
Additional verification required: You need to manually confirm the micro-deposits that were made to the account you selected. You need to enter your micro-deposited amounts within ServiceTitan Settings. You can’t do this step now, so click Continue to complete your business setup.
Click Continue to complete your ACH setup.
If you don’t want to share your bank login credentials using Plaid, you can manually connect your bank account to ServiceTitan using your bank account and routing numbers.
Click Connect Your Bank.
Review the Terms of Service and click Accept to continue.
A pop-up opens to link ServiceTitan with Plaid. Click Continue. The Select your bank pop-up opens.
In the search bar, type ‘zzz’ (or anything random) and then click Link with account numbers.
Click Continue.
Select Checking or Saving and then click Continue.
Follow the workflow and enter your bank’s routing number and your account number, and then confirm your account number.
Important note: Some features may not be currently included in your account and additional configuration may be required. Please contact technical support for details.
