Access ServiceTitan Payments transaction and settlement reportsLast updated on 03/22/2022

ServiceTitan Payments gives you access to payment transaction reports for insight into payment-related information you can use on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Transaction and settlement reports come in template form, so you can easily build and manage reports to meet your business needs.


Access templates

Payment report templates include:

  • Credit Card Transaction—gives you individualized credit card transactional data based on a selected date range

  • ProfitStars Settlement—gives you settlement batch details and breaks down the transactions that are deposited to your checking account

  • ProfitStars Check Transaction—gives you individualized check transactions based on a selected date range

  • TSYS Settlement—gives you settlement batch details from TSYS and the transactions that are deposited to your checking account

To access these templates

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.

  2. In Reports, click the Reports 2.0 tab.

  3. Click Create New.

    Reports template options appear.

  4. To access a template, click one of the four payment templates. A new report form opens.

  5. You can name your report. For category, click the dropdown and select Payment, and add an optional description of the report.

  6. If you want to save the report you just created, click Save Changes.
