Request credentials
Before you integrate your Trimble devices with ServiceTitan, request an API username and password from Trimble's support page to get API services enabled.
Contact your GPS provider
To request your API username and password, contact Trimble by phone, email, or chat support:

Select #1 for GeoManager Technical Support
Email: FSMsupport@trimble.com can also be used to generate a support case. Please ensure you provide the relevant information, as mentioned above, to allow the support analyst to be able to triage the problem.
Chat Support: Available through the GeoManager site (Monday – Friday 5AM to 5PM PST)
Add your GPS provider in ServiceTitan
Once you have the necessary credentials, complete the following:
Go to Settings > Integrations > GPS.
Click Add. The Account Details tab opens.
Select Trimble from the Name dropdown menu.
Enter the Username and Password you obtained from Trimble. You don't need to enter any information within the AccountId, Parameters, or Memo fields.
Note: Your API User ID and Password will likely be different from the username and password that you use to access your Trimble account currently.
Click Save.
After saving your login credentials, click Edit next to the GPS provider you just added then go to the Devices tab.
Click Download Data. All of the devices that you have will automatically populate.
Once you see your list of devices, you will need to assign a technician to each device. Note: Each technician should only be assigned to one device. If a technician is assigned to multiple devices, it will cause reporting issues.
When you’re finished, click Save.
Important note: Some features may not be currently included in your account and additional configuration may be required. Please contact technical support for details.
