Integrate TomTom with ServiceTitanLast updated on 03/22/2022

Request credentials

To integrate your TomTom devices with ServiceTitan, you will need to obtain credentials:

  1. Log into the TomTom website.

  2. Create a new user with administrative privileges (we recommend having a Username called ServiceTitan, as this will be a user that never logs into the TomTom site).

  3. Once you create a new user in TomTom, open ServiceTitan.

Add your GPS provider in ServiceTitan

Once you have the necessary credentials, complete the following:

  1. Go to Settings > GPS.

  2. Click Add Provider.

  3. Click the Account Details tab.

  4. Select TomTom from the Name (provider name) dropdown menu.

  5. Enter the AccountId, Username, and Password you obtained from your GPS provider. You do not need to enter any information within the Parameters, or Memo fields.

  6. Click Save.

  7. After saving your login credentials, click the Devices tab.

  8. Click Download Data. All of the devices that you have will automatically populate.

  9. Once you see your list of devices, you will need to assign a technician to each device. Note: Each technician should only be assigned to one device. If a technician is assigned to multiple devices, it will cause reporting issues.

  10. Once this process is complete, click Save.

Troubleshooting errors

If you receive this Application error message when downloading data, you may need to reconfigure your ServiceTitan specific TomTom user. To reconfigure your ServiceTitan specific TomTom user, complete the following:

  1. Log into your TomTom webfleet account.

  2. Go to More > Users.

  3. Select the ServiceTitan user account.

  4. Click Profile Settings.

  5. Select Advanced.

  6. Click the External tab.

  7. Check Access to interface WEBFLEET.connect.

  8. Click OK.

  9. Open ServiceTitan and redownload data.
