Integrate TomTom with ServiceTitanLast updated on 04/13/2023
Before you integrate your TomTom devices with ServiceTitan, obtain credentials:
Log into the TomTom website.
Create a new user with administrative privileges (we recommend having a Username called "ServiceTitan", as this will be a user that never logs into the TomTom site).
Once you create a new user in TomTom, open ServiceTitan.
Add your GPS provider in ServiceTitan
Once you have the necessary credentials, complete the following:
Go to Settings > Integrations > GPS.
Click Add. The Account Details tab opens.
Select TomTom from the Name dropdown menu.
Enter the AccountId, Username, and Password you obtained from your GPS provider. You don't need to enter any information within the Parameters, or Memo fields.
After saving your login credentials, click the Devices tab.
Click Download Data. All of the devices that you have will automatically populate.
Once you see your list of devices, you will need to assign a technician to each device. Note: Each technician should only be assigned to one device. If a technician is assigned to multiple devices, it will cause reporting issues.
When you're finished, click Save.
If you receive this Application error message when downloading data, you may need to reconfigure your ServiceTitan specific TomTom user. To reconfigure your ServiceTitan specific TomTom user, complete the following:
Log into your TomTom webfleet account.
Go to More > Users.
Select the ServiceTitan user account.
Click Profile Settings.
Click the External tab.
Check Access to interface WEBFLEET.connect.
Open ServiceTitan and redownload data.
If you are looking to sign up with TomTom for the first time, please go to http://business.tomtom.com/en_us/landingpages/ttt-and-service-titan/ and a TomTom member will reach out to you.
