Integrate NexTraq with ServiceTitanLast updated on 03/22/2022


Request credentials

To integrate your NexTraq devices with ServiceTitan, you will need to request web services credentials.


Contact your GPS provider

To request your web services credentials, contact NexTraq by email:

Email: Contact the Nextraq Web Services team at webservices@nextraq.com and let them know that you need to setup a Web Services account to integrate with ServiceTitan. On the email, you may CC support@servicetitan.com and ask NexTraq to send the information over to ServiceTitan when they've enabled your account so that we can verify the information.


Add your GPS provider in ServiceTitan

Once you have the necessary credentials, complete the following:

  1. Go to Settings > GPS.

  2. Click Add Provider.

  3. Click the Account Details tab.

  4. Select NexTraq from the Name (provider name) dropdown menu.

  5. Enter the AccountId, Username, and Password you obtained from your GPS provider. You do not need to enter any information within the Parameters or Memo fields.

  6. Click Save.

  7. After saving your login credentials, click the Devices tab.

  8. Click Download Data. All of the devices that you have will automatically populate.

  9. Once you see your list of devices, you will need to assign a technician to each device. Note: Each technician should only be assigned to one device. If a technician is assigned to multiple devices, it will cause reporting issues.

  10. Once this process is complete, click Save.
