Email: Contact the Nextraq Web Services team at and let them know that you need to setup a Web Services account to integrate with ServiceTitan. On the email, you may CC and ask NexTraq to send the information over to ServiceTitan when they've enabled your account so that we can verify the information.

Add your GPS provider in ServiceTitan

Once you have the necessary credentials, complete the following:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > GPS.

  2. Click Add Provider. The Account Details tab opens.

  3. Select NexTraq from the Name dropdown menu.

  4. Enter the AccountId, Username, and Password you obtained from your GPS provider. You don't need to enter any information within the Parameters or Memo fields.

  5. Click Save.

  6. After saving your login credentials, click Edit next to the GPS provider you just added then go to the Devices tab.

  7. Click Download Data. All of the devices that you have will automatically populate.

  9. When you’re finished, click Save.

Important note: Some features may not be currently included in your account and additional configuration may be required. Please contact technical support for details.
