Intacct Transaction Reconciliation Report - InvoicesLast updated on 03/22/2022
Run the Intacct Transaction Reconciliation Report - Invoices report to see a detailed list of your invoice reconciliation results.
Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.
From the side menu, click All Reports.
Search for Intacct Transaction Reconciliation Report - Invoices.
Click Intacct Transaction Reconciliation Report - Invoices.
Set the filters and click Run to view the report:
Use the From and To calendar fields to set a date range for invoice transactions that show on the report.
Exceptions only— Select this option to only show the invoice transactions where the corresponding record in Intacct doesn’t match, or the record is not found in ServiceTitan or Intacct.
Read report results
Your report results display in an easy-to-read table based on the filters you set. By default, the Intacct Transaction Reconciliation Report - Invoices report includes the following columns:
Invoice ID—Unique invoice ID which corresponds to the ServiceTitan_ID custom field in Sales Invoice transactions in the Order Entry Module of Intacct
Job Number—Number of the job which corresponds to the Job number or Project number in Intacct
Invoice Number—Number of the invoice in ServiceTitan
Business Unit—Business unit attached to the invoice in ServiceTitan
Customer Name—Name of the customer on the invoice in ServiceTitan
Invoiced On Date—Date on the invoice in ServiceTitan
Total (ST)—Total amount of the invoice in ServiceTitan
Document Number—Field in Intacct that corresponds to the Invoice ID in ServiceTitan
Reference Number—Field in Intacct that corresponds to the Invoice Number in ServiceTitan
Transaction Type—Transaction type in Intacct that shows as Sales Invoice for this report.
Customer Name (Intacct)—Name of customer on the invoice in Intacct
Invoice Date (Transaction Date)—Date of the invoice in Intacct
Total (Intacct)—Total amount on the invoice in ServiceTitan
Status—Result of the reconciliation:
Exception—No match found
No Exception—No match found
Sort and filter report results
Click a column name to sort your report by that column. For example, click the Job number column to sort the report from greatest to least. An arrow displays next to the sorted column name.
Click the Filter icon next to a column name to apply a filter to that column.Tip: Use the And/Or dropdown to apply multiple filters to a column.
When you’re done, click Filter.
To save your sorting preferences and filters, click Save Changes.

Customize report columns
If you want to report on other Intacct Transaction Reconciliation - Invoices data, add columns to your report. You can also remove columns and change how they are arranged.
Add and remove columns
Above the report results, click Edit Columns.
The Edit Columns screen opens.
Select or deselect the items you want to add or remove from your report.
When you’re done selecting columns, click Apply. Click Run Report to view the revised report.
Change column arrangement
You can arrange columns with just a few clicks:
Drag a column header to change its order in your report.
Drag the right edge of a column header to change the column width.
When you’re done, click Save Changes.
Click Run Report to view the report with your column changes.
