From Review Requests, you can manage and track review requests that have been sent to customers, and resend requests that have not received verified reviews. Additionally, you can match reviews with jobs and view the review on the source page all from one convenient location.


Things to know

  • By default, the Review Request list is sorted by the latest date.

  • You can only resend a review request five times.


Manage and match reviews

In Review Requests, you can manage reviews requests. Also, you can manage and match reviews and verify the not verified requests.


View review requests

Go to the navigation bar, and click Marketing > Review Requests. The Review Requests page opens showing verified and not-verified requests.

You can see the details of the review requests you have sent:

  • Last Sent Date: Date the survey request was last sent

  • Survey name: Name of the survey sent

  • Requests: Number of times the review requests have been sent

  • Job: Job for which the review request was sent

  • Trigger: The event trigger that sent the review request. For example, when the job completes

  • Clicks: Number of survey clicks


Search reviews

To save time searching for a review request you can:

  • Enter the Job Number related to the review request.

  • Or, click Filters filter and select the categories you want to include then click Apply.

A filtered review request appears.


Sort reviews

You can organize reviews in three ways:

  • By Date: Sort by the date the request was sent.

  • By Trigger: Sort by the review requests trigger type.

  • By Clicks: Sort by the number of survey clicks.


Resend a review request

You can resend surveys in two ways:

  1. Resend multiple surveys at once:

    1. Go to the navigation bar, and click Marketing > Review Requests. The Review Requests list opens.

    2. Select the checkbox in the column header to select all the review requests in the list.

    3. Click Resend Survey.

      The Resend Survey page opens.

    4. Enter the message text and Listing Link tag to include in the re-sent review request. Note: To learn how to send a Listing Link, see merge tags.

    5. When you’re done, click Resend.

  2. Resend individual review requests:

    1. Go to the navigation bar, and click Marketing > Review Requests. The Review Requests list opens.

    2. Hover over the review request you want to resend and click Resend Survey. The Resend Survey page opens.

    3. Enter the message text and Listing Link tag to include in the re-sent review request.

    4. When you’re done, click Resend.
