The History tab in ServiceTitan Mobile allows you to access previous jobs. Use the History tab to find past appointments so that you can add notes, complete forms, or add purchase orders to the parent job that the appointment belongs to.


Things to know

  • The History tab is not the same as the history button which can be found in the job screen.

  • There’s a setting in the technician profile that determines how many days of past jobs can be seen.

  • You cannot dispatch or arrive yourself to a job from the History tab.

To get to the History tab from the Overview screen, tap History.

Your past appointments are displayed, along with their statuses, including whether the appointment was completed or placed on hold.

Filter appointments by date range to see appointments within a certain time frame. If you need to get to a specific job, you can search for it by customer name, customer location, address, and job type.

To view details about a parent job find any appointment for that job, and tap View Job.

When you have found the job you are looking for, tap View Job.

Make changes to the job:

While in the job, you can filter your view of invoices by job type and business unit.
