Configuring the Ads integration allows you to link Google Ads to ServiceTitan, this helps to track and import data needed to calculate the ROI of Google Ads. This allows you, also, to view and calculate the success of your ad campaigns. Additionally, the Google Ads network has sophisticated audience targeting that allows Ad campaigns to learn from users that click and then hit conversion goals set on an advertiser’s website.


Things to know

  • Set up is required to enable Google Ads integration

  • You need a Google Ads configuration for every Ads campaign you have


Google Ads integration with DNI

To better measure your Google Ads performance in ServiceTitan, configure your website(s) and the ServiceTItan call tracking solution using DNI (Dynamic Number Insertion).

Step 1: Set up Google Ads

You can set up the Google Ads in ServiceTitan in two ways.

From Analytics:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing.

  2. In the Marketing Overview, click Connect Now. The Google Ads Integration page opens.

Or, from Settings:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings > Integrations > Marketing Integrations.

  2. Next to Google Ads, click Configure. The Google Ads Integration page opens.

  3. To connect your Google Ads account to ServiceTitan, click Sign in and sign in with your Google ID.

  4. Choose your account to sign in with and click Allow, to give ServiceTitan access to your Google account.

  5. Select Google Ads accounts to connect to your account and click Link. Note: ServiceTitan connects to all our Google ads accounts connected to your Google ID.

  6. When you’re done, click Next. Your Google Ads account is configured in ServiceTitan.

Step 2: Map your Google Ads campaigns

To map your Google Ads campaigns, you need to link your ServiceTitan account to your Google Ads account. To keep the accuracy of your data you need to map each Google Ads campaign to one ServiceTitan campaign.

  1. In the Map your Google campaigns section, click Expand move down.

  2. To automatically map your Google Ads campaign, click Auto-Map Campaign.

  3. To manually map your Google Ads campaign select a ServiceTitan campaign from the dropdown.

    Note: ServiceTitan pulls all the active campaigns in the last 30 days in your google ads account.

  4. When you’re done, click Finish. Your Google Ads integration is set.

  5. Click View Ads Performance to go to the Ads dashboard.

Note: New campaigns created after the first manual map are automatically mapped to a new ServiceTitan campaign by the same name.


Edit Google Ads integration

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings settings.png> Integrations > Marketing Integrations.

  2. Next to Google Ads, click Configure. The Google Ads Integration page opens.

  3. Click Edit and update the Google Ads configuration.

  4. Make the needed changes. Follow the same steps and update configuration details as needed.


Delete a Google Ads integration

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings > Integrations > Marketing Integrations.

  2. Next to Google Ads, click Configure. The Google Ads Integration page opens.

  3. Click Edit. The Google Ads configuration page opens.

  4. Click Delete delete-trash.png and confirm the Google account removal.
