Confirm a job booked with Google Local Services AdsLast updated on 09/23/2022

After a customer books a job with you through Google Local Services Ads, your CSRs or dispatchers will need to confirm the job. Once confirmed, the job shows on your Dispatch Board. If the job isn’t confirmed, or if your team clicks Dismiss, the customer will be notified that you canceled the job.


Things to know

Before customers can book jobs with you using Google Local Services Ads, make sure you’ve signed up for GLSA and received your Google Guaranteed badge, and that you’ve set up the Google Local Services Ads integration in ServiceTitan.


Confirm a job booked with Google Local Services Ads

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Calls.

  2. In the Booking panel, click Bookings.

  3. From Bookings, click on a booking with the Google logo. The booking opens, showing the job booking details.

  4. To confirm the booking, click Accept. The booking job details opens.

  5. Use the information shown to enter job details and book the job like normal. Note: When you set up the integration a marketing campaign is automatically created for the Google Local Services Ads integration which you can update anytime. Additionally you can attach the booking to any campaign. After you click Accept, the information about Google Local Services Ads campaign and other job details for example job category, type, and more generate automatically and appear in the Marketing Campaign and Summary fields.

    However, you can track jobs received with Google Local Services Ads integration by running reports. Tip: You can always change the job details when booking a job.

  6. After accepting the booking, the job shows on the Dispatch Board.

  7. If you want to reject the booking from Google Local Services Ads, click Dismiss. The customer will be notified that you canceled the job.
