Sign up with GreenSky® Custom Financing
Here is an overview of the sign-up process with GreenSky®:
Sign up with GreenSky® at www.greenskycredit.com/sponsor/servicetitan.
Once you're approved, GreenSky® sends you confirmation and instructions on how to complete your account setup.
Complete the GreenSky® Merchant Enrollment Form. GreenSky® sends you a link to the form.
Complete GreenSky® training to learn how to drive close rates and increase your sale average. You can opt to listen to a prerecorded training or participate in live training.
GreenSky® sends you links to listen to a recorded session or sign up for live training.
GreenSky® sends you directions on how to run a test transaction.
Note: GreenSky® will provide you with a merchant ID. Please provide this merchant ID to the ServiceTitanFinancing team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Set up GreenSky® Custom Financing in ServiceTitan
Once you have successfully signed up with GreenSky®, contact the ServiceTitan Financing team at email@example.com to schedule a training session. Make sure to have your GreenSky® merchant ID ready. During your training session, the ServiceTitan Financing team guides you through the following items:
A 15 to 30-minute training session on how to use GreenSky® features
Entering your GreenSky® merchant ID in ServiceTitan
Setting up loan options in ServiceTitan
Turning on GreenSky® in ServiceTitan Mobile
Talk to you about making sure your technicians are prepared to start using GreenSky® out in the field
