Manage your billing informationLast updated on 03/22/2022

Easily manage billing information for your ServiceTitan account. Look up anything from the types of services for which you're paying, including billing cycles, invoices, payments, and recent transactions.

Things to know

If you haven’t already, set up automatic payments to pay for your ServiceTitan services by adding a form of payment. This ensures your monthly payments are made on time, every time. For more information on how to set up payments, see Set up ACH payment below.

View account information

See what's included in your ServiceTitan monthly services:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click the Settings icon. In the side panel, click Your Account > Billing.

  2. Go to the My services section. Here you find account details, such as the number of users and managed technicians you have, regular and toll-free numbers associated with your account, and other key billing information. If you have a credit balance, you will see that at the top.

See invoices, payments, and transaction details

You can keep track of your payment info and other transactional data for any given time frame:

  1. Go to Settings > Your Account > Billing.

  2. Click the From and To fields to select a date range you want to view, and then click Update. All information in the Invoices, Payments, and Transactions tabs show detailed information for your selected range. You can update the date range at any time.

  3. To view specific information, click one of three tabs:

    • Invoices: Gives you invoice details, such as the Invoice #, Date, Description, total, and amount paid for each. You can print or download these invoices.

      To view an invoice, click the invoice number. The tab will expand with the invoice details. When you’re done viewing, click Hide > at the top left corner.

    • Payments: Provides insight into when you made your service payments and how much you paid, the form of payment used, and the balance type. You can also view the invoice related to each payment from this tab.

    • Transactions: Shows all transactions for the selected time frame, including the date for each transaction, amount, balance, and any credits you may have. Credit information also appears at the top of the Billing section when available.
