Email invoices with an online payment link from ServiceTitan MobileLast updated on 03/22/2022

When collecting payment on a job, technicians can email invoices to their customers with a payment link. This lets your customer review their outstanding balance and pay for invoices from their own device. When they make a payment, technicians receive a confirmation text message. This ensures that the experience between your technician and customer during payment collection is contactless.

Things to know

  • After your customer makes a payment using the online payment link, the technician receives a confirmation text message with the amount that was paid and invoice number.

  • Make sure your invoice template includes a payment link. For more, see Customize the invoice email template.
