Email Delivery Status reportLast updated on 10/06/2022

The built-in Email Delivery Status report allows you to see the delivery statuses (delivered, bounced, etc.) of all your outbound ServiceTitan emails.


Run the report

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.

  2. Click the Email Delivery Status report. Tip: In the search field, enter a few letters from the report title for quick access.

    The report opens.

  3. Click the Email From Date - Email To Date field to select a date range to report on. You can:

    • Use the calendar to select a specific date range and click Apply.

    • Use the left menu to select a preset date range:

      • Today—From 12:00 AM to the current time

      • Yesterday—Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM

      • Last 7 Days—Previous seven days, including the current date

      • Last 14 Days—Previous 14 days, including the current date

      • Last 30 Days—Previous 30 days, including the current date

      • Month to Date—From the first of the current month to the current day

      • Last Month—Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.

      • Last 90 Days—Previous 90 days, including the current date

      • This Quarter—Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.

      • Last Quarter—Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.

      • Quarter to Date—From the first day of the current quarter to the current day

      • Year to Date—From January 1 of the current year to the current day

      • Last 365 Days—Previous 365 days, including the current date

  4. When you’re finished setting the date filter, click Run Report.


Read report results

Each line of the Email Delivery Status report contains information about an email that was sent.

The report includes the following columns:

  • Entity Name/Number—Name or number on the account the email was sent to

  • Emailed Item—Type of email that was sent (Estimate, Invoice, Project Invoice, Customer Statement)

  • Customer Name—Name of the customer

  • Email Status—Delivery status of the email (Delivering, Sent, Opened, Clicked, Error, Bounced, Blocked, Dropped, Rejected, Filtered, 'SpamReport, 'Unsubscribed)

  • Opened On—Date and time the email was first opened

  • Sent On—Date and time the email was sent

  • Recipient—Email address of the recipient

  • Email Body—Text included in the body of the email

  • Attachment Link—Link to any attachments on the email

Note: After you run a report, click the Export dropdown and select Export to PDF or Export to XLSX to download an exported copy of the report to use in other applications.
