Edit or deactivate scheduled reportsLast updated on 03/22/2022

You can edit a scheduled report to add or remove email recipients, modify reporting filters, frequency, and details. You can also deactivate a scheduled report to stop delivery.


Edit a scheduled report

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.

  2. From the side menu, click Scheduled.

  3. Click Moreicon-more-horiz.png for the report you want to change and select Edit.

  4. Click the steps on top of the screen to make changes to the report:

    • Details—Edit the email subject line and report details

    • Recipients—Edit who receives the report:

      • Click x next to a name to remove it from the list.

      • Click the carat and select additional recipients from the dropdown.

    • Cadence—Change the frequency your report is sent

    • Filter—If the scheduled report is a flexible report, customize how recipients see the report

  5. When you’re done, click Save.


Deactivate a scheduled report

To stop delivery of a scheduled report, deactivate it:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.

  2. From the side menu, click Scheduled.

  3. Click Moreicon-more-horiz.png for the report you want to deactivate and select Deactivate.


Reactivate a scheduled report

Reactivate a deactivated scheduled report to restart delivery:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.

  2. From the side menu, click Scheduled.

  3. Click Inactive to view deactivated reports.

  4. Click Moreicon-more-horiz.png for the report you want to reactivate and select Activate.
