The Driver Data is a repository for the technicians' data assigned to the vehicles in your system in addition to information about their driving score. In Driver Data, you can:

  • Customize the Driver Data table

  • View driver data

  • Manually add or update driver data

  • View driver scorecard


Customize the Driver Data table

In the Driver Data table, you can view the information including the driver’s name, vehicle name, driver email address, driver's license, license expiration date. and more. You can also add and remove columns in the table to customize the information you want to view.

To add additional columns:

  1. Sign in to ServiceTitan.

  2. Go to Fleet Pro. The Fleet Data page opens.

  3. Go to the Driver Data page and click Edit Columns.

    The Edit Columns page opens.

  4. Select the columns you want to view in the table. The Driver name is selected by default and you can’t remove it. Note: You can also organize the columns' order in the table by using the drag-and-drop tool.

  5. Click Save. The newly added columns appear on the Driver Data table.


View Driver Data

  1. In the Driver Data table, find the driver record you want to view and click the Driver

  2. In the Driver Details page that opens, you can view two data tabs:

    • Driver Data Tab

    • Scorecard Tab


Driver Data tab

The Driver Data tab includes:

  • Automatically generated data: Information about the Driver, Vehicle Name, Status, Driving Score, Role, and Email address of the driver. You can’t update or remove this information. Note: The driver’s Status field shows the status of the driver’s records. This can be:

    • Current: If all data is up to date

    • Attention: If one or more records will expire within the next 30 days

    • Past Due: If one or more records expired

  • Manually added and updated data: Information about the Driver's License Number, DL (driver's license) Date of issue, and more. For more, see Manually add or update driver data.


Manually add or update driver data

To add or update the driver’s data manually:

  1. In the Driver Data table, find the driver record you want to view and click the Driver.

  2. Find the field you want to add information to, hover over it, and click Edit Edit icon.

  3. Enter the information and click Save The save note icon. Tip: To delete information, click Delete image8.

  4. When you’re done, click Save.

Note: You cannot add or update automatically generated data in the Driver Data tab.


Scorecard tab

In the driver's Scorecard tab, you can view the Driver Score Summary Report. This helps you know how safe the driver is, how much they comply with the metrics you set for the vehicle within the company’s standards, and if they need coaching or not.

The Driver Score Summary Report includes information about the Distance Traveled, Drive Time, Idle Time, Speeding, Hard Braking, Acceleration, Cornering, Accidents, and Fuel Consumed by the driver. The Total Safety Score of the driver is calculated using these scores along with other determiners.

You can generate this report using the following date ranges: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Custom Dates.
