Update your pricebookLast updated on 05/12/2023

The first time you use the ServiceTitan Mobile app, you need to download the entire pricebook. After that, download the pricebook each time you open the app in order to see updates made by office staff and sync the pricebook to save any changes.

Things to know

  • If you have not updated the pricebook in a few days, the ServiceTitan Mobile app will prompt you to download the latest pricebook and sync any changes you have made.

Download the pricebook

To download the pricebook and any other changes from the office, including updated job information, tap Sync icon-sync.png, then Download pricebook.

To upload any changes you've made in ServiceTitan Mobile to the office, tap Sync icon-sync.png, then Sync changes.

To view the pricebook:

  1. Open the job you’re working, then tap Invoice.

  2. Tap + Add items

Note: The View item prices and Mobile add on checkbox permissions are required to view and edit pricebook items on Mobile. Please contact the account administrator on your team. You must be dispatched and arrived to tap + Add items and view the pricebook, otherwise the option is grayed out.
