Configure alerts on the Dispatch BoardLast updated on 04/25/2023

Configure alerts for the Dispatch Board to get visual indicators highlighting jobs that have started late or are running over. These reminders help you manage your jobs and take appropriate action.


Things to know

  • Any changes you make to the late alert settings are reflected immediately on the Dispatch Board.

  • Unlike other settings for the Dispatch Board, changes made to the late alert settings apply to all users’ view of the Dispatch Board, not just for the user making the changes.


Configure Dispatch Board alerts

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click Dispatch Board > Alerts.

  3. Turn on the Highlight late arrivals toggle if you want to see an alert when a technician is late in arriving to a job. Choose how many minutes after the job start or end time you want to see this alert.

    Note: If you're using arrival windows, select After arrival window begins.

  4. Turn on the Highlight jobs taking longer than expected toggle if you want to see an alert when a job has not been marked as complete before the scheduled end time. Choose how many minutes after the planned job end time you want to see this alert.

  5. When you're finished, click Save.
